Reni contextualises the idea of a first aid kit.

open call was a new experience for esc - they mostly work based on invitation/curation
first worksession used 'jamming' device , to disturb, curve, scircumbend communication, and also to play together (jamming)

Here, in Graz, contexts in graz connect and are weakened by the pendemmic, 
dissoloving of support networks, 
what can 'we' do to re-strength and foster existing or new networks  and do mutual support 
then the idea for an 'aid kit' came as a methaphor, hub, ...  .
but it is an open situation - which can also be changed

we're creating a technology that seems to have its own trajectory
it seems like the high tech stuffs is also creating itself; if oil is better for the environment it might be that it'll flood spaces which cannot access anymore so robots will be built to work in these environments ; thinking of hackers building deviced that would disturb (fish-robots, hard-drive crab) the official robots in their infrastructural work. It could be any type of oil
so the kit would be designing little creatures that can do specific actions in oil

Working on a project around public spaces; more and more designed to impose a certain behaviour 
inspiration from simon vecker project (the many phones in a cart) simulating the traffic jams

comparing specific spaces in antwrp - some were more connected to car traffic and other not and showed how people were occupying/using the public space differently
how public spaces are being less inclusive; the way that big cities you can park your car but you need to have a smartphone to pay the parking or looking at square with terraces, meaning the city sold the public space to commercial activities 
how public spaces are less inclusive and what to do to avoid it

thinking also a lot about public spaces and how it's used by people; how people use infrastructures in the city in a disobedient way; looking at these examples how one can use space to turn it into something else
